2-Year Old Playgroup Sessions
Starting Playgroup is a big step for both parents and children and we suggest that you come along for a visit to Tom Thumb Nursery where Debbie will be happy to give you a tour of the facility and let you meet the rest of staff. You can discuss the settling in time for your child making it a smooth and pleasant transition for all.
As we are in partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council we also take 'Eligible Two's' - if you are on certain benefits e.g. income support, job seekers allowance etc, you may be eligible, please contact us to find out more information.
Although we are not currently taking two year olds due to covid 19, we are still running a waiting list, so please do get in touch when your child turns 20 months.
What can we offer you and your child?
A happy, safe, stimulating environment for your child to grow and develop through our careful planning using Curriculum for Excellence and Pre-birth to 3 documents.
We offer offer indoor as well as outdoor learning.
The children especially enjoy ‘forest Friday’ when we take our learning to the great outdoors.
