New! An Absolute Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Course will commence via Zoom.
EVERY WEDNESDAY, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
FROM 14TH OCTOBER - 16TH DECEMBER 2020 (NO CLASS ON 18TH NOV)
This class will be a unique opportunity to learn Tai Chi right from the beginning of the sequence. We will take a look at some of the basics of Tai Chi and take a look at some basic Qigong too. The course will be suitable for Absolute Beginners and Continuing Beginners who would like to repeat the course.
Learn the meditative art of Tai Chi. Ideal for total relaxation and bringing about peace of mind while gently exercising.

Online Easy Morning Qigong Class, October - December 2020, Mondays...
The morning Qigong Class for Health and Relaxation will continue on-line via Zoom!

FROM 12TH OCTOBER - 14TH DECEMBER 2020 (NO CLASS ON 16TH NOV)
In this class we will focus mainly on a set of Qigong exercises (called the Tai Chi Qigong) and also Five Elements Qigong which are simple and easy to learn, yet very effective for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body. They are ideal for people of all ages and most levels of fitness.
After a 9 week block you may remember some of the Qigong exercises and be able to practise them effectively in your own time. This class will give you the opportunity to learn some simple relaxation techniques, without having to remember any complicated movement sequences.
Cost: £88 for the 9 week course.

Qigong is ideal for people of all ages and most levels of fitness.
It is a type of self-healing, based upon the same principles as acupuncture. It resembles Tai Chi and is a type of mindful movement.
Qigong (pronounced 'Chee Gong') relaxation exercises.
Qigong is similar to Tai Chi - it is also very slow and relaxed, however it is much easier to learn and therapeutic, as well as energising..
After a 9 or 10 week course you may remember some Qigong exercises well enough to practice them effectively in your own time.
