Our newest Retirement Housing Development, the Mill was built in 2004.
Twenty-six one-bedroom flats all with showers. Suitable for couples and single people. Close to transport routes.
What is retirement housing?
Housing for people aged over 60.
Retirement housing helps older people live as independently as possible with the comfort of knowing there is a retirement housing manager on site for any emergencies, advice and support.
Extra services are paid for by a service charge, which is Housing Benefit eligible and by a Supporting People charge (not payable by those on low incomes). Personal care or meals are not provided. However, this can be arranged through social work.
Our developments are made up of individual flats with their own front door. The majority have a guest bedroom for relatives who wish to visit.

- Use of a common lounge
- A communal laundry.
