SERVICE DETAILS
At Augustine United Church, we have a number of large and small rooms available for hire at competitive rates. These rooms can be used for a variety of different purposes such as conferences, concerts, workshops, gatherings and meetings etc. and are all fully accessible.
As part of all bookings we offer a caretaking service to set the room out with tables and chairs, according to your specification as far as possible; and the use of the Pantry for tea & coffee making facilities. We also offer additional equipment, including Wi-Fi, data projectors and a PA system in some rooms.
Each room is available for rent per 4 hour session – details below.

Room Name: Sanctuary
Capacity: 160 depending on room setup / 40 additional seats in the gallery
Type of Space: Flexible
Location: Ground Floor
Cost for Hire (per 4 hour session): £97.00
The Sanctuary is a welcoming space with flexible seating. It is used by our congregation for Sunday worship and during the week it is available for hire as a hall.
Concerts, choirs, performances, presentations, workshops and large meetings will find this an excellent space.
It has a PA system and use of an overhead data projector (HDMI connection) can be arranged. We also have an upright piano, electric piano and organ available for hire (charges may apply).
Room Name: Iona
Capacity: 12 around a board table / 25 in theatre style rows
Type of Space: Meeting Room
Location: Ground Floor
Cost for Hire (per 4 hour session): £50.00
It can be used for a small committee meeting, for seminars, job interviews, discussion groups, meditation classes and other activities.
It has easy access to the front entrance and Pantry.
Room Name: Mull
Capacity: 12 around a board table / 25 in theatre style rows
Type of Space: Meeting Room
Location: Lower Level
Cost for Hire (per 4 hour session): £36.00
Mull is ideal for small meetings, workshops and as a break out area for the larger rooms. This room is on the lower level with disabled access via a lift.*
It can be used for a small committee meeting, for seminars, job interviews, discussion groups, meditation classes and other activities.
Room Name: Studio
Capacity: 100
Type of Space: Auditorium
Location: Lower Level
Cost for Hire (per 4 hour session): £77.00
The Studio is set out in a theatre style and is ideal for performances, lectures and large public meetings with disabled access.
The room has a PA system and data projector (HDMI connection).
