Understanding Self-Harm and Awareness Raising...
These 1.5-2hr sessions are aimed at professionals and volunteers who work with people who self-harm. The sessions tackle self-harm misconceptions, defines self-harm, looks at who self-harms and why, provides guidance on how best to support someone who self-harms, and includes information about tools and techniques that can be used when supporting someone who self-harms.
Currently delivered online.
Limited in-person options can be discussed.

Full Day Training - Working with Self-Harm...
The full day training is aimed at professionals and volunteers who work with people who self harm. It expands on all aspects of awareness raising session by using case studies and drawing on interactive resources.
Training will include CPD certificates.
