Paths For All

Details
Our 3-hour workshops are led by our Paths for All trainers who are also qualified Later Life trainers. The workshop includes information about why it is essential for older adults to stay physically active, and you will be able to try out the 14 strength and balance exercises and learn how to demonstrate them in a group setting. Each delegate will receive a set of cue cards and 5 leaflets.

Who can attend?

- The workshops are for up to 20 people and are suitable for anyone who would like to learn more about encouraging physical activity and reducing risk of falls in older adults. This could include:
- Volunteers and Coordinators with Community Walking Projects
- Physiotherapists
- Care Home Staff
- Allied Health Professionals
- Voluntary or Community Groups
