During this one day course participants will learn what is required from a health and safety point of view to work in the catering industry. Topics covered include:

- Food poisoning and how to avoid it
- Safe storage of foodstuffs
- Pest control measures
- Safe and correct temperatures
- Appropriate clothing
- Personal hygiene

Our highly experienced and qualified trainer will deliver the training in either an Apex office or at the premises of an organisation or company. Please speak to Apex Scotland to discuss your requirements.
