information DESCRIPTION

The Army Benevolent Fund is the Army’s national charity, here for soldiers, past and present, and their families for life.

WHAT WE DO

We stand at the forefront of support for the Army family, last year supporting 70,000 people in 45 countries around the world. As one of the largest funders in the sector, we award grants to individuals and families, and fund leading organisations that support soldiers, former soldiers, and their families. When we hear of a person or family in need, we aim to respond within 48 hours.

Scotland...

Welcome to our Scotland team. Based in Edinburgh Castle, John Donovan, Gail Philip and John Gillie work with our marvellous volunteers and supporters across the length and breadth of Scotland and in Cyprus. We aim to deliver a variety of fantastic events and help fundraise and raise awareness of the great work that the Army Benevolent Fund does in Scotland, and the wider UK.

If you are running an event for us, need some more information about the charity or some practical tips to help with your fundraising, please get in touch. We love to spread the word about how your support makes a huge difference to beneficiaries, so always remember to send us information and pictures for our regional Facebook page.
