Edinburgh Social Enterprise Centre For Creativity And Well-Being.

Art and Spirituality is the passionate creation of Giada Gaslini, founder of Invisible Caims- classes, workshops, retreats and therapies about yoga, meditation, art and shamanism.

Art and Spirituality CIC is a health and healing centre with a yoga studio and therapy room, connected to a small and welcoming cafe. It was opened in April 2021 to offer creative arts and mental, physical and spiritual health activities to residents in the local area (Gorgie, Edinburgh).

Activities delivered in the centre include arts workshops, exhibitions, therapies and classes such as yoga, meditation, baby massage, dance, reiki, shamanic healing, coaching, stress management and any other practice that can benefit the community.

The Centre is a place of refuge, healing, peace, connection and creativity.

We believe that Art is our work-out to express hidden emotions and Spirituality is our work-in, our self-development and inner healing. Art is not Creativity if you just paint an object without your heart, like repeating a mantra is not Spiritual if it’s mechanical and there is no intention behind. Hence the centre is called Art and Spirituality.
