DESCRIPTION
The Caledonian Thebans are Scotland's foremost inclusive rugby team. Since formation in 2002 we have been pushing boundaries on and off the pitch to provide a welcoming environment for anyone who wants to play rugby.
We compete at all levels; from our local league through to international tournaments, and host an annual Rugby Clinic for members across the international rugby community.
Our members and players come from all over Scotland, including Fife and Glasgow.
The team is primarily aimed at gay and bisexual men but is open to men of any sexuality.
The Caledonian Thebans are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment into which players of all levels of experience feel comfortable. Our goal is for everyone to enjoy rugby in a prejudice free environment, and we are proud of our supportive, diverse and social team.
The Thebans are affiliated to the Scottish Rugby Union, Edinburgh and District Rugby Union, and are part of the International Gay Rugby Association and Board.
