DESCRIPTION
Craigentinny & Lochend Community Playgroup has been running for over 20 years. Its setting within the Community Centre has been a great asset to the work of the group and has provided children and parents opportunities to be involved in the wider community and to attend local events and celebrations. The group has charitable status and is supported by the Children’s and Families Department, grants, trusts and our own fundraising efforts.
Craigentinny Castle Playgroup aims to provide a quality service in a safe, happy and stimulating environment for children aged 2.5 - 5 years to play and learn.
Each child is treated equally and as an individual to allow them to progress and develop at their own pace. We work closely in partnership with parents who are recognised as the prime educators of their children.
