Threshold Edinburgh is a customer-led service supporting adults with learning disabilities. We work with you to plan, manage and direct your own support according to how you want to live your life. Threshold Edinburgh supports you to choose your own mix of housing support, community opportunities, and day opportunities, tailored to your needs and interests. You choose when you want to be supported and who supports you.
We work in partnership with the people important to you, such as your family, and professionals like the community learning disabilities team, social workers and others, to make sure you get the best from your life.
