Scrapbookers, Papercrafters and any other crafters welcome!
Edinburgh's only Scrapbooking/Craft Club - Free membership!
We hold regular "crops" (That's an informal meeting where we all get to work on our crafts, share techniques and ideas, generally have a chat about all things crafty and of course a cup of tea).
We hold our crop on the 3rd Saturday of every month at Dean Parish Church, 65/67 Dean Path, Edinburgh EH4 3AT - Only a few minutes from the city centre. There's free parking on Saturday outside the church hall where we meet and it's served well with buses (Lothian 19, 37, 41, 43, 47, 113 plus buses to/from Fife).
Crops runs from 10am to 4pm, and costs £6 per person to cover the hire of the venue but includes tea/coffee (and nibbles).
At the Crop you can use the club's Sizzix Machines and many dies to use in your scrapbooking or papercraft. We now also have acquired a Slice Machine with crop-owned design cards.
We are a friendly sociable bunch, and if you are just starting out with your scrapbooking or just wanting to try new things and get more inspiration why not come along? And we aren't snobby when it comes to other crafts, so if you want to come along just to spend time with other craft-minded people and do cross-stitch or knitting we won't mind.
