Passion4Fusion is a Black and Minority Ethnic organisation in Scotland. Passion4Fusion was established in 2014 as an informal community initiative by a group of multi-cultural volunteers motivated to create a support structure to meet the needs of diverse ethnic minority communities, particularly young people and women in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Empowering Ethnic minority communities in Edinburgh & the Lothians through sports & the arts.
We aim to inspire, motivate and support young people in Edinburgh and West Lothian from a place of lived experiences. As a black led organisation, we understand and connect with issues faced by the black and brown communities therefore tailoring our activities to be effective.
We are probably more well known as a youth empowerment organisation but our holistic approach is the reason we have been successful reaching communities. We understand and apply cultural appropriateness, hence why we have built trust with the communities we work with.
Our services are Open to all with a very simple referral process. We understand that every young person or family’s circumstances are unique hence why we use tools like sports and creative arts as an entry point to supporting families with the challenges they face when they come to a new country.
OUR PROGRAMMES
Passion4Fusion offers a range of programmes that cater to the diverse needs of the Black and Ethnic Minority families in Edinburgh and Lothians. Our programmes are created alongside the families and young people that we work with, ensuring that the programmes are tailored and relevant.
