Pentland Men’s Shed is a dedicated, friendly and welcoming meeting place for men to come together and undertake a variety of mutually-agreed activities. It is a place where men can share knowledge, learn new skills and develop new friendships.

Men’s Sheds are designed to improve health and well-being among men, by providing opportunities for social interaction and enabling men to reconnect with their communities.

Members of Men’s Sheds come from all walks of life. The bond that unites them is that they have time on their hands – time that they are looking to fill with something productive.

Come along and join this exciting new project.

Men's Sheds are big in Australia & Ireland and are developing in England. There are a few in Scotland and in Edinburgh.

The purpose of the organisation is to provide recreational facilities and advance the social needs, health and well being of men* of all ages and backgrounds living in Pentlands and surrounding areas
