DESCRIPTION
Stableroom Playgroup runs from 9:15am - 12:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, during term time only. Children ideally attend for two or three sessions per week. Please do get in touch if you are looking for one session a week. Some single sessions are occasionally available.
Childcare Vouchers are accepted as a method of payment.
Stableroom is run by a Playleader together with three Playworkers. We encourage parents to come along and get involved.
The Stableroom is a member of the Early Years Scotland, having been granted recognition by the South Edinburgh Branch and is subject to yearly inspections from the Care Inspectorate. Our latest Inspection report can be found here. It is a registered charity with externally audited accounts.
The administration and policy side of the group is run by parents represented by a Parent Committee. The Committee is elected at an AGM held each September and consists of a Chairperson, a Secretary, a Treasurer, a fund-raising sub-group and non-office bearing members.
