DESCRIPTION
The Crannie @ 9 Cranston street - a new community space opened November 2019 to the Canongate.
A space for all residents of the Old Town and the home of Edinburgh Old Town Development Trust.

Our vision is to establish a sustainable community facility in the heart of the Old Town. The re-developed hub will bring local people of all ages and backgrounds together to create a more vibrant, resilient and inclusive community.
The overall purpose is to create a community centre or 'village hall' providing much-needed and currently absent facilities for local residents. The centre is a vehicle to develop shared activities, events and networks as well as provide a home for existing activities in the area.
