DESCRIPTION
The Old Kirk and Muirhouse parish church (created 8th June 2014 by joining the 2 previous parishes in Muirhouse/Salvesen & West Pilton), based at 42 Pennywell Gardens, Edinburgh EH4 4PE, is on a journey to share the Good News of Jesus & His redeeming love, in north west Edinburgh, Bonny Scotland.
We are part of the Church of Scotland working in the Muirhouse/Pennywell/Salvesen and now West Pilton area of Edinburgh
We are an Affirming Congregation and a member of Affirmation Scotland
We seek to be an inclusive and welcoming church, celebrating the diversity and dignity of every person.

Local transport:
LRT/Transport for Edinburgh' buses that stop at the front of the church & halls building on Pennywell Gardens are :
- 14 (to 'Muirhouse')
- 37 (destination board to 'Penicuik' if you are heading from SIlverknowes, or destination 'Silverknowes' if heading north out from the city centre)
LRT buses that pass along Muirhouse Parkway are the 16 and 27 and others which pass along Pennywell Road include the 24 & 32.
