‘Better homes, better lives’ is at the heart of everything we do.

We own and manage nearly 6400 homes in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.

But building great homes and transforming neighbourhoods is only part of our story – we’re also helping tenants to get the most out of life.

Wheatley Homes East provides affordable housing for people in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.

Wheatley Homes East owns and manages around 6400 homes in the east of Scotland.

As an organisation we invest heavily in our homes. By 2020, we spent £30.5 million making our homes warmer, better and more energy-efficient.

We also provide support for people who are homeless.

We know that not everyone is eligible for social housing – that's why we are also increasing our number of homes available for market and mid-market rent, and shared ownership.
