SERVICE DETAILS
The Art Club meets on Monday mornings in the large hall with accommodation for 26 people.
We welcome artists of all abilities from beginners to confident experts.
Our emphasis is on friendship and fun while creating paintings of all shapes and sizes.
There is normally a waiting list for membership, but we do have vacancies over the year.
Members are expected to assist in serving tea and coffee over the year on a rota basis.
Exhibitions...
We have two exhibitions each year, one at Blackhall Library which helps raise funds for the club, and a church Exhibition which raises funds for charity.
Visits to Art Exhibitions...
Each year in the autumn term, we orgsanise an outing to visit Exhibitions at some of the out of town galleries. Recently we went to Kelvingrove and previous visits have been to Kirkcaldy, Perth, Stiling and Dundee, We are open to suggestions for further excursions.
Open to all ages, popular with older adults.
