SERVICE DETAILS
Redwoods provides a Care at Home and Housing Support Service that uses a person-centred approach to:
- Support and encourage the person in their chosen lifestyle
- Help to maintain the person’s tenancy
- Support the person to be part of the community they live in
- Work in partnership with the person and their family
- Monitor the quality of the service we offer
- Provide a skilled, effective and well organised support team
The cost for this service is agreed by the person, the social work department and Redwoods and a contract is provided, making clear what Redwoods will provide and the person’s responsibilities.
