Young Mums group, suitable for ages 16-25.
The City of Edinburgh Council in partnership with Space are holding a support group for Young Mums at Gate 55.
Are you a mum, either to young children or with a little one on the way?
If you're looking for a safe and welcoming space to meet with other women who can help you with advice and guidance in this new stage of your life, then the Young Mum's Group is here for you!
Mums have told us that this group has helped them to gain confidence and feel supported as they take on motherhood for the first time. It is a place where you can relax, enjoy some 'me' time, and meet new people.
We also know that childcare can often be a big barrier to finding the time to focus on yourself, and that's why a free creche service is available on-site while you attend the session.
The group takes place on Mondays 1:00pm - 2:30pm and is for young mums who already have a baby or child, or who are expecting.
The group aims to give you some ME time, meet new people, try new things, build confidence and think about future plans while having fun.
Children are welcome with a creche available, however must be booked in advance.
