SERVICE DETAILS
The group is for all our tenants living in the Lothians. The group have been in existence since February 2020 when the constitution was adopted and a committee was elected to co-ordinate the activity of the group.
The group will:
- Have quarterly events that are open to all Viewpoint tenants in the Lothians
- Be supported by Viewpoint as and when required and always at the group’s request
- Have their own agenda reflecting tenants’ common issues
- Shape and take part in consultation activities, policy reviews and monitor key performance results
- Examine results of consultation activities so tenants can see decisions are shaped by tenants
