For females 8-16yrs old...
SHE Scotland qualified mentors can provide in person support for girls and young women aged 8-16yrs.
Support will be tailored to the needs of the individual and will enhance connecting, learning, health and growing in a relaxed friendly space.
SHE mentoring programme is designed to help manage common everyday stress, low confidence, negative self-esteem and disconnection to others.
