Struggling with confidence? Forgotten what hobbies are? Worried about starting college or work?
Having a Mentor can be a valuable support in times of change, or when you want things to change.
The Rock Trust’s Mentoring service provides volunteer Mentors who are motivated to share their skills, knowledge and experience with young people aged 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Young people accessing our Mentoring services get to choose their Mentor and their Mentor chooses to spend time with them. All Mentors are trained by the Rock Trust and police checked.
Volunteer Mentors work alongside a young person doing enjoyable activities that help them work towards their goals, giving them the opportunity to develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to overcome challenges they face.
