Thousands of older people have solved their technology issues at our relaxed and supportive one-to-one sessions. Questions about your tablet or e-reader? Problem with your phone?
We can help you to:
- Get online using the device that is right for you
- Stay safe whilst using your device
- Get in touch with friends, family and community groups online
- Access online services that you need to use: banking, shopping, government agencies, leisure
- Manage your online accounts: email, diaries, documents, spreadsheets, photos
We run face-to-face appointments at our office in Nicolson Square on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
Buses: 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, 29, 30, 31, 33, 37, 47, 49 - and on Borders Buses routes 51, X62 and X95.
Trains: The office is a 15 minute walk from Waverley train station.
When you arrive at 25 Nicolson Square:
Enter by the red door marked “Epworth Halls”. If the door is locked, please press the buzzer or call the office on 0131 667 2053.
Take a seat on the sofas to the right of the entrance, and a friendly staff member or volunteer will come and guide you to your session
