Thousands of older people have solved their technology issues at our relaxed and supportive one-to-one sessions. Questions about your tablet or e-reader? Problem with your phone?
We can help you to:
- Get online using the device that is right for you
- Stay safe whilst using your device
- Get in touch with friends, family and community groups online
- Access online services that you need to use: banking, shopping, government agencies, leisure
- Manage your online accounts: email, diaries, documents, spreadsheets, photos
These sessions take place weekly at Bellfield Community Hub, 16B Bellfield Street, Portobello, EH15 2BP – Tuesdays, 2:00pm to 4:00pm, (6th to 27th August)
We have another block of digital skills sessions running at Bellfield Community Hub (the former Portobello Old Parish Church) on Tuesday afternoons from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, starting on the 6th August and running for four weeks until 27th August.
Buses: Bellfield is served by the “Bellfield Lane” bus stops (located on Portobello High Street) on the following Lothian Buses routes: 19, 26.
“Portobello Town Hall” bus stops are a 10 minute walk away, but are on the following Lothian Buses routes: 12, 21, 49.
Trains: Bellfield is a 20 minute walk from Brunstane railway station
