Enjoy Talking Books by digital download and DAISY CD. Borrow books and learning resources for adults and children in braille or giant print, from the largest library of its kind in the UK.

Find everything you need to enjoy reading including RNIB's Talking Books service which gives you free access to over 37,000 titles to enjoy. The service is available through Alexa-enabled devices, books, magazines and newspapers in audio, e-text and braille and if we don't have what you're looking for our Transcription service can transform written material into accessible formats.

RNIB Library

RNIB's Library is the largest of its kind, and it's completely free, with over 60,000 items in the collection. This website is your gateway to the entire collection in one place: Audio, Braille, Music – there is so much to access, borrow and enjoy.

RNIB Bookshare

RNIB Bookshare opens up the world of reading in education for blind and partially sighted learners and learners with print-related disabilities. We offer a range of accessible textbooks and educational materials to support the personal needs of learners.

Newsagent

If you want to keep up with the day’s headlines, or simply want to enjoy your free time relaxing with your favourite magazine in an accessible format, look no further than RNIB Newsagent.

Braille books

Our library collection gives you access to more than 11,000 braille books, in a wide choice of genres for both adults and children. Whether you’re reading for learning or leisure, you’ll find plenty to inspire you in RNIB's Library, which is used by more than 1,300 blind and partially sighted people nationwide.
