CHARITY ACTIVITIES
We can support several different charitable activities through the sale of the monthly membership and pay-as-you-go class fees. Every time you attend a class or continue to pay your monthly subscription fee, you are helping Projekt 42 to not only support people with free and low-cost counselling but you're also helping support the following activity:
SENIOR WELLNESS CLUB...
Projekt 42 supports senior citizens in Leith to attend group fitness and yoga activities. The wellness club runs five days a week and brings together seniors in the community for yoga, Zumba, weights based circuits and community walks.
This summer, we are excited to launch our senior wellness garden, where we can bring together planting, gardening and outdoor chair yoga.
