SERVICE DETAILS
This service is for frail older adults whom require high level care including personal care. The project offers older adults the opportunity to get out of the house and meet others and make friends. The group offers support, friendship, a variety of social activities and a hot lunch.
Activities...
Include - quizzes, board games, music & movement, music & singing, guest speakers, reminiscence etc. Day trips and special events are also arranged throughout the year.
Food...
Two course lunch and tea/coffee and biscuits are served throughout the day.
Transport...
Transport to and from the venue is provided (included in the price) . Alternatively, you can make your own way to us with your carer.
