The focal point of the congregation is public worship. All are welcome.
Every Sunday an “All Age” service at 10:00am
With tea and coffee in St Joseph’s after the service.
Monthly Afternoon Services at 2:30pm
On the first Sunday of each month (except January, July, August, December) with refreshments afterwards in the Ogston Hall. If you need help to come please contact the church office (bpc-admin@balernochurch.org.uk or 0131 449 7245) and ask if transport can be arranged.
Sunday Club (Sunday School) during school term-time
The Club is staffed by a group of parents and involves stories, games, music, drama and craft.
Communions on the first Sundays of March, June and November
@ 9.00 am – Family Communion @ 10.00 am – Traditional Communion @ 2:30 pm – Afternoon Communion
EvenSpace
We hold an evening service once a month during school termtime. This is a short informal service giving you the opportunity for some peace and time for reflection. We will resume in September so check back for details nearer the time. A warm welcome awaits you
Recordings of Church Services
An audio CD of Sunday services is provided to members who are unable to attend Church. If you know of anyone who would like to receive a copy of the service each week please contact, Rowena Stewart (rowena.stewart@ed.ac.uk) or the church office bpc-admin@balernochurch.org.uk We provide an audio DVD after a baptism.
