SERVICE DETAILS
Aikido is a non-violent, non-competitive martial art, suitable for people of all ages. Aikido is based on the principles of non-violence and harmony and is ideal exercise for anyone wanting to learn self-defence and gain flexibility, strength, endurance and balance. Continued study results in improved physical and mental conditioning.

Monday: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Thursday: 6:30am - 7:30am (Please contact us before coming along)
Friday: 6:45pm - 7:45pm (Basics focus)
Friday: 7:45pm - 8:45pm
