We Play Together uses sport to change lives.
Our customers are our volunteers (we’ve banned janitors) and we use basketball to improve mental well-being.
The Crags is a second-home for a wide range of people, clubs and community groups. The Centre runs with a unique model that gives regular customers an active role in the running of the spaces.
We’re not your typical sports centre. There are no grumpy janitors, just people who care about changing lives through sport.
Located in South-Central Edinburgh, the Centre consists of a large games hall, studio, social reception area and open-access outdoor pitch. We believe in the potential of sport to develop people and build communities.
The Crags Sports Centre is ideally placed to offer the residents and those working in Edinburgh's Southside the ability to make health and fitness a central part of their lifestyle. The aim of the Crags Sports Centre is to break down the barriers faced by many when attempting to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle. Whether these barriers manifest themselves in the form of financial constraints, various stigmas or just a lack of knowledge about fitness, the Crags is there to offer solutions.
The View Fitness Suite is packed with the latest life fitness equipment and also offers a varied programme of weights, and of course there is always an instructor on hand to give you all the assistance you need.
