At Clan Childlaw we've made big adjustments to the service to allow our team to work remotely to continue to give legal help to children and young people and useful information and practical guidance on the law and children’s rights to the family members, carers and key workers that support them.
Clan Childlaw is open and here to help. Our team of solicitors is continuing to give children and young people the legal help they need and provide useful information and practical guidance on the law and children’s rights to the family members, carers and workers that support them.
It’s really important that we hear what is going on for children and young people during this time, and find out what questions they need answers to and what problems they will need our help with so we can start figuring out some answers, working on solutions and getting the information children and young people need out there for them to use.
Our lawyers are providing support, guidance and information by phone only just now. Children and young people will be able to speak one to one and confidentially to a lawyer who will listen, we will give them as long as they need and will check they are clear on the guidance.
FREE legal advice and representation in Edinburgh and the Lothians to those who would otherwise have found it difficult or impossible to access the legal help that they require. We help children and young people up to the age of 18, or 21 if they have been Looked After Children.
