Iyengar Yoga is the most widely used teaching method for yoga in the world today. It is safe, precise and good for all ages and conditions of student.
This is a friendly, welcoming Yoga class suitable for all.
Beginners are welcome and those with some experience.
I have been teaching for over 10 years now in St.Ninians and have over 20 years teaching experience.
First class is FREE as a taster. Class normally run on a block booking basis however drop-in is also available for those unable to commit regularly !
Cost: £10 drop-in (Block booking option cheaper)
