Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry and runs 5 classes per week.
Each class focuses on core strength, back conditioning and flexibility.
The classes are suitable for all levels including beginners as various intensity options are given dependant on individuals current fitness levels and abilities.
Beginner, Intermediate, Male Only & Mixed Gender.
Contact Richard directly for booking with flexibility to book into any class per week and book as far in advance as you like to secure your place. This ensures you only attend classes you can make as appose to strict block booking like other businesses. Therefore you can allow for holidays or other commitments etc.
Pilates payments are taken in blocks of 10 at a cost of £110.00 with a six-month redemption.
Payment is made via BACS transfer and monthly statements are emailed. Multi Block discounts do not apply and you may credit your account with as many sessions as you want.
