Why not join me to stretch your body, relax your mind and explore the joys of yoga?
My classes will bring life and awareness to your body with freedom of movement, a new vitality and increased flow of energy. This will be achieved through postures, breathing and relaxation in a friendly atmosphere.
Classes are suitable for both beginners and those with experience of yoga – all ages and abilities.
Mats will be provided.
