The EVOC Red Book

The online directory to find third sector Organisations, and their services across Edinburgh

IMPORTANT

Directory of local groups/projects who are offering specific support during the current COVID-19 pandemic »

In line with Government advice, most groups and organisations in the city have had to take the unfortunate decision to suspend face to face and group work activities. Please telephone or email the contacts listed for the group or organisation if you are interested in their work to check what alternative arrangements might be available or to find out about alternative groups or services in your area.

Granton Parish Church

Details
The Church's Lunch Club is very popular with elderly adults, but we do have some young Mums too as there is a play group attached to the church.

The Lunch Club is for anyone in the Community-or beyond.

It is open to everyone and we especially welcome those who live alone, who would appreciate having a meal made for them and companionship.

Our aim is to provide a budget meal and importantly to create a friendly atmosphere for people to meet and chat on a regular basis.

Why not come along and enjoy a home cooked three course lunch or maybe something a little lighter like a soup or a tasty roll and tea/coffee.

The cost for a three course lunch plus tea\coffee and biscuits is £3.00, but you can pay for what you have as the courses are priced individually.

All the food is cooked freshly on the premises.

We close when the last person leaves!!!

All ages welcome, popular with older adults.

We meet on Wednesday' in the West Hall at the church.
