89%* of men in the UK will experience fatherhood in their lifetime. We know that children have better outcomes in life when all parents are actively involved in their upbringing. (*Fatherhood Institute) We welcome all Dads/Male carers, including trans and non-binary Dads at our groups and services.
Our aim is to improve outcomes for children in Scotland, to ensure the best start in life by providing support to Dads and families. Our hope is through achieving this, there will be a larger shift in society toward accepting the vital role Dads play.

In Person and Online - two hour workshops for all Dads to be in the UK, covering a range of practical skills and discussion around being a Dad.
Learn how to change nappies and bath the baby.
We talk about Perinatal Mental Health, attachment, buggies, sleeping, feeding and more!
They are informal, relaxed workshops.
