Bipolar Scotland grew out of Self-Help Groups and our Groups remain hugely important to us. Our groups meet once a month (usually 7:00pm-9:00pm) and are free to attend. You don’t have to be a Bipolar Scotland member and you don’t need a referral or an appointment.
Our groups are places where people who live with bipolar can share ideas and information on how to improve their quality of life. They’re great places for letting off steam about issues that are stressing you out and for getting support from people who know what you’re talking about.
Our groups are equally open to friends, family and carers of people with a bipolar diagnosis and have regular guest speakers, so please come and join us.

How To Join...
Getting involved in one of our online groups couldn't be easier. All you need to do is fill out the form at https://www.bipolarscotland.org.uk/self-help-groups and we will be in touch to provide details of the most suitable group for you and answer any questions you may have. Our group facilitators are volunteers and as such there may be a delay in receiving a response to your request to join one of our groups. Please be assured we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
