Making it Happen - SCNP Portrait.jpgSince 2008, the South Central Neighbourhood Partnership has taken forward issues which affect the quality of life for all residents and has also focused on identifying and putting in place support for our most vulnerable residents.

The South Central Neighbourhood Partnership has published its third Local Community Plan 2014-2017 which can be viewed This was created after a period of consultation with the community at the beginning of 2014 when agreement to four priorities was reached.
