If the repair work you need cannot be done by our in-house services, we can refer you to one of our Trusted Traders who can help. All our Trusted Traders are signed up to our Code of Conduct and we ask them to provide references and check they have the relevant insurance.
Trusted Traders are independent contractors who will carry out the work for you. We do not set charges and the contract is between the contractor and yourself. We do get feedback on their performance and use that to ensure we signpost to appropriate organisations.
What does it cost?
Trusted Traders are provided free of charge. If you are able to make a donation towards our work, that would be appreciated.
