Heartstart training teaches you what to do in a life threatening emergency. There are around 60,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests in the UK every year. When someone goes into cardiac arrest, every minute without CPR and defibrillation reduces their chances of survival by 10 per cent.

Our highly experienced and qualified trainer will deliver the training in either an Apex office or at the premises of an organisation or company. The course is suitable for all ages and covers a range of Emergency Life Support Skills (ELS) including:

- Dealing with an unconscious casualty
- Cardiac arrest
- Suspected heart attack
- Choking
- Serious bleeding
