Life in lockdown is really tough. That’s why we’ve designed a 6 week, CBT based programme for young people who are struggling with uncertainty, anxiety and low mood.
The weekly 45 minute sessions are delivered over Zoom, and will support you to learn skills, tools and mindsets to help you through life in lockdown and beyond.
You will be working 1:1 with one of our therapeutic coaches, who will tailor the content to what you are experiencing.
You will learn what to do when you are stuck and how to look after yourself. We’ll support you to be empowered through this course, to become proactive and solution focused in the way you approach life’s difficulties.
