One-to-one mentoring...
Our Youth Mentoring scheme is done on the telephone or online during a 6 week period. It teaches you learning/coping skills, exposure to your fears. Goal setting and all the tools you need to transform your life around and take care of you well-being.
If you are aged between 13 and 20 years old and need help with anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder or any other anxiety related problem.
