DESCRIPTION
Edinburgh South Cricket Club is a fun, friendly, and welcoming cricket club based at Inch Park adjacent to Cameron Toll shopping centre.
We are a volunteer-led, not-for-profit community sports team.
Active community club with men’s, women’s hard and softball, girls and junior hard and softball sections.
We run four teams in the East of Scotland Cricket Association league, as well as fielding various friendly sides. Our sides encompass a wide range of standards. We also run cricket for Women and Girls and a Junior Section. Both boys and girls take part in the Junior section which starts in All Stars from around age six.
We are founder members of the Inch Park Community Sports Club (IPCSC). IPCSC is one of Scotland's most exciting sporting projects, creating excellent sports and community facilities including our amazing new clubhouse and a new cricket square. In recent years we have rapidly expanded our youth activities, coaching in seven primary schools and one secondary school in the local area, as well as running our own youth section.
There's plenty of cricket for everyone - from the highly ambitious to complete beginners. We welcome players from other clubs, those who are new in Edinburgh or those taking up the game for the first time.
New players of all abilities and ages welcome!
