Lung disease can affect anyone any age and causes can vary from genetic conditions and childhood illness through to social condition and exposure to hazards at work.
Catch Your Breathe is a support group providing information and help and support to anyone living with a lung condition and their families.
The support group runs monthly meetings to help individuals living with a lung condition and their families.
The Catch Your Breath group aims to bring people together with a long term lung condition and anybody affected by living with someone with a lung condition. The goal for the group is to meet monthly, provide a variety of information and activity sessions that will help with emotional and physical condition wellbeing.
