SERVICE DETAILS
Ripple Buddies is a mentoring programme which supports primary school age children who are finding school, relationships or home life difficult. They are supported in their learning and development by young volunteers aged 14-19 years old who establish individual relationships with them under the guidance of the buddies Co-Ordinator/Youth Worker.
Ripple Buddies is back on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, however, due to Covid-19 Government guidelines and restrictions the primary age children will be back but our young volunteers will be limited to 2 max per day due to social distancing measurers and we will be limited in regards to space which means we will be using the buddies room and the outdoor space just off the buddies room.
Our Monday buddies is slightly different due to them being 1st year’s, we are unable to bring them back just now, due to Government guidelines and restrictions and social distancing measures, so we are offering 1-2-1 support session’s which are done on a bookable system.
