Wellness at St Mungo’s is about being all that we are made to be, emotionally and spiritually. Through our Wellness Centre we offer a range of services and resources to the church and to the wider community.
Lynn Millar is the Director of Counselling and our team of counsellors are all trained to National Standards.
We offer support to those looking for help in their relationships
Relationships can be difficult. Whether you are in a new relationship or a longer-term relationship and no matter how big or small your issues are, our counsellors provide a supportive and confidential space to help you find a way through any struggles you may be facing.
About our couples’ counsellors
All our couples’ counsellors are trained to national standards of counselling training and hold a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Counselling alongside a Certificate in Couples’ Counselling.
Couples’ counselling is funded by St Mungo’s church. Counselling is free but donations in support of this service are appreciated.

When? Counselling works best over a 6-8 week period of coming to see the counsellor once a week for 1 hour 30 minutes.
