We are a large, contemporary, family-orientated church based in the south-west of Edinburgh.
Belonging...
St Mungo’s is not just a place to come to for a Sunday service but a community where you can belong.
There are lots of different ways of getting involved, getting to know other people and becoming a part of the community.
Our roots...
St Mungo’s is a member church of the Scottish Episcopal Church, which forms part of the Anglican Communion. Our church began with an evening service and Sunday school in 1863 and the Ladycroft building was built in 1869. It was built as a church and a school, with a cottage for the headteacher, in an age of revival of both worship and of education.
On Sundays we offer vibrant church services with modern worship songs and relevant talks from the Bible.
